Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is the practice of hypnosis for therapeutic purposes.

Hypnosis is the act of guiding someone into the trance state. A trance state is mostly defined by:

• A deep state of relaxation.
• Hyperfocus and concentration.
• Increased suggestibility.

In a hypnotherapy session, we are conscious; we are awake, participating and remembering.

The most powerful feature of the trance state is how it connects our conscious minds to our subconscious minds, where we can search and pull up the repressed memories and the buried emotions that stays at the root of our mental health challenges.

Also, through the ability of increasing suggestibility, we can instill suggestions into our subconscious mind, in order to be able to cope with and solve mental and behavioral challenges and problems that are beyond our conscious control.

The hypnotic trance state is a remarkably flexible tool for solving a variety of mental and physical health problems, even more quicker that other therapies.
